The Training Pit’s One-on-one sessions are for anyone with a specific goal in mind. Whether your goal is weight loss, sport specific, to prepare for an up coming competition, or you are simply more comfortable with the personal aspect of a one-on-one session, we will cater to your needs. Our experienced CrossFit coaches are available to provide Personal Training. We will first work with you to understand your goals and objectives and then design a personalized program to specifically work towards your goal. Our one-on-one session are between 45-90 minutes long. The sessions will include warm up & mobility work, the workout, and a cool down.
PERSONAL – GROUP TRAINING:
We also offer Personal Group sessions! Perhaps you and your friends/family member(s) are working toward a common goal. The group sessions work similar to the one-on-ones.
